 Notice that these pads are across the main part of the feet.  You can place them anywhere on your body but some parts work better than others.  This is because you have pressure points / energy points that are best for any reflexology therapy.  You can put the detox foot pads up at the toe end of your feet and the balls of your feet as well.  Covering your entire foot with 3 pads is a great way to detox many areas each night.  You can also turn the pads to the side so that they cross the feet and then fit more vertically

Make sure you leave your foot patches are on for at least 8 hours but preferably up to 12
